The assistant team typically runs at a ratio of one assistant to every four or five participants — a deliberately high level of support for a training of this depth. Every assistant is trained, experienced in this work, and selected for their emotional maturity and embodied understanding of the methodology. They are present not just during sessions but in the spaces between them, available throughout the ten days for whatever arises.

Dearmouring is the dismantling of protective tension held in the body, the mind, and behaviour. Armoring forms in response to trauma, fear, shame, rejection, and the conditioning of the societies and families we grew up in. Over time it shapes posture, breath, sexuality, confidence, and the degree to which we can access our own purpose and power.

Dearmouring works directly with the structures that keep armoring in place - in the muscles and fascia, in the nervous system, in the beliefs and behavioural patterns that have become so familiar they feel like self. When that armoring releases, what is underneath is not damaged. It is alive. Sovereignty. The self that was always there beneath the contraction.

Yes - and also no. There are many points on the body that hold armoring, and you will learn to work with them. But armoring is also individually stored. Every body is different. Every history is different. So alongside the technical knowledge, you will learn to intuitively track where armoring lives in a specific person's system - to read rather than follow a map.

This is also why dearmouring is not reducible to pressing points. It is a whole-body, whole-person approach that works with the complete human mechanism - the physical structure, the nervous system, the emotional landscape, the beliefs and behaviors that maintain contraction. What you leave with is not a technique. It is the ability to help yourself and others move toward greater autonomy, aliveness, and freedom.

This training is purely therapeutic in its intention — it is not a sexuality or pleasure training. What you will find, however, is that dearmouring the body has effects that move in that direction naturally. As armoring releases, sensation returns. As tension dissolves, the body begins to feel more. Internal dearmouring in particular — working with the root and sacral centers — can awaken areas that have been held, numb, or disconnected. Greater capacity for pleasure and arousal is often a natural consequence of that release, rather than a goal we work toward directly.

This is a practitioner-level training, designed for you to both receive the work deeply yourself and — depending on your existing level of experience and your commitment to practice — begin applying it professionally. You leave with a method, a structure, and the embodied understanding that comes from ten days of immersive work. Many participants integrate it into an existing practice; others use it as the foundation for something new.

That is completely understandable — and it is exactly why the training does not end when you leave Sweden. The online study materials are yours to return to whenever you need to revisit a method or structure. Before certification, you will also complete ten practice sessions, which are there specifically for learning and integration. You bring those sessions into the post-training integration calls, where you can ask questions, receive feedback, and build confidence at your own pace. Readiness grows through practice, not before it.

This varies depending on your level of experience, your location, and the context you are working in. As a general orientation, practitioners in this field typically work in the range of €250–€600 per session. The training gives you the skill and ethical foundation to work at that level. What you charge will reflect where you are starting from and will grow as your practice deepens.

Completely. Many participants join without any intention to work professionally, and they are warmly welcome. The depth of personal transformation available in this training does not require a practitioner goal. What matters is that you come with some grounding in personal development and, where possible, some experience of bodywork. The training meets you where you are.

The live immersion is the beginning, not the end. For four and a half months after the training, you have access to integration calls where you can bring anything — questions about your own process, client situations, or the method itself. The community formed during the ten days continues beyond them. You are not dropped at the end. You are accompanied.

Understood — and it is worth knowing that the online material is not the main teaching. It is designed in bite-size pieces to give you something to lean on and return to. Think of it as a reference library, not a curriculum you have to get through. The real learning happens in the room.

The integration calls are optional. They are there for when you want support — not as another obligation. If life is full, you can take what is useful and leave what is not. The container exists to resource you, not add to your load.

We recommend prior experience in bodywork, tantra, sexual healing, somatic therapy, breathwork, energy work, or comparable personal development pathways. Space holding and facilitation experience is also valuable. Most importantly, you need emotional maturity, the ability to self-regulate, and a willingness to engage honestly with your own process.

Yes, you will receive certification upon completion of the training and required practice cases. This ensures that all certified practitioners have demonstrated competency through actual practice, not just attendance.
