Before May 1st
Full refund excluding the €1,000 non-refundable deposit.

After May 1st
No refund, but your place can be transferred to the next training within one year.

If you become unwell
No problem, your full payment carries forward as credit toward the next training.

If you can no longer attend for any other reason
You are welcome to transfer your place to another participant or postpone to a future training. If you have already received and opened the pre-training study materials, postponement is available but no refund will be issued.

If you choose to leave during the training
No refund will be provided.

If we are forced to cancel
In the event that borders close or circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel, you will receive a full refund excluding a €100 administration fee, or full credit toward the next training, whichever you prefer.

If we need to postpone to a different date:
Your full payment carries forward as credit toward the rescheduled or future training. If you can not change, refund your travel tickets. We will also cover your travel costs or purchase replacement transportation up to the same value as your original booking.
